Hi from a brand- new member . I'm renovating a galley kitchen in a prewar NYC apartment. Wondering if anyone out there has experience (good or bad) with particular staff people at any of the NYC stores -- Elizabeth , Brooklyn, Paramus . Anything you can tell me about planning, sales, or installation personnel would be most appreciated!

Personally, if you're in the area where you can use The Kitchen Couple, I would. Now that Chuck is mostly west coast, they'd be the people I'd see. If they run their business like we do, they help with the ordering which cuts down on a whole lot of customer fatigue! I have people who are thrilled when I tell them they don't have to step foot in ikea.
