If you don't need or want a drawer the construction is simple. Getting the coverpanel pieces to make a nice tight end piece like those would be a bit more challenging, but still doable.
Thank you both for the quick responses. I like the option of the desk area - the last one with white cabinets. I wish I would have a space for the side to put
My desk would be at an end and I need to put a full height side wall in there. I was thinking of getting a cabinet frame, leave the bottom off to have exposed floor. The top of the cabinet frame would serve as a bottom of drawer. Ikea rep told me over the phone that I can order a separate drawer, I just hope they have 30" while I can't find it on Ikea's web site. I would attach the sides to the wall at the top and bottom with L brackets. The bottom L attachments would be covered with a baseboard. Could this work as well?
Or if I could get AK HOMD high cabinet frame only, that would work for a start.
I am wondering how can I cut Ikea panels without destroying them? Or even to cut their laminate countertops? I have table saw available, just need to know if it is doable for a professional look to do it by myself.
The cabinet frames are not the same white as the doors and cover panels. So if that's going to bother you, or the you'll be bothered by the holes for the shelf pegs on the inside of the desk, you will need to use coverpanels. Which will take a bit of carpentry skill.

Does this mean that the tall cabinets walls are not strong enough? They are listed for ovens and microwaves to put inside, these are heavy electric appliances. I will leave the space empty. Please advise.

I was planning to cut the sides to a needed height on a table saw. Flip the tall cabinet, so the bottom 6” drawer would be actually on a top and use the top 15” cabinet space above refridgerator. I would have about 30” left from the side panels. I would get a separate doors with to match the rest of top cabinets. Are these tall sides having lots of holes for shelf pegs? If not too many, I could buy plastic plugs and plug them or maybe I could use the leftover from the sides turned with the outside in and therefore have double walls and no holes.
What do you think? Or do you have another idea? Maybe to use this panels for side? : ANTONIUS Desk top - IKEA
I believe sliding an table is not an option as they are not tall enough. I really don’t know what to do.
