Hi,

I am a new member . We recently installed new Askome kitchen by assembling the cabinets ourselves and getting a contractor to install them. One of the drawers on my 36" base cabinet is slightly tilted (it is higher on the right). According to the instructions, we can adjust this tilt by the inner most adjusting screw but I am unable to turn it at all. I tried replacing it with another drawer and that also looks tilted. I am wondering whether the problem is with the drawer rail, though it is screwed on correctly on either side.

Really appreciate some advice, this drawer looks quite misalighed.

The adjusting screw might be tight. Give it a good hard turn to loosen it. Once it is loosened (a complete turn or two is enough), set the drawer front where it should be and while you hold the drawer front in position, re-tighten the screw.
