We settled on a semi fridge built in look but now I'm rethinking it. Now I feel like it would look half done with just having one 15" pull out pantry beside the fridge and filler piece between the other side of fridge dividing it from the upper and base cabinet.

Has anyone done this before? If so, could you show me a picture on how it looks.

I think it is a great look. I was just in another thread where Jim was thinking about this same issue and he compiled a list of several links to pictures. What did I miss?

Congratulations on the progress of your kitchen. You've done so much behind-the-scenes to prepare the space. Soon, you'll get to do the more visible stuff and that's more fun.

Hey Chrissy.

If you check out some kitchens of the members here, you'll see a wide variety, some with pantries on both sides, and some with just one. I haven't done my kitchen yet, but I don't have the room to do two, so I will be placing a pantry to one side of the frig., and base/wall cabinets on the other side. If you're working with the kitchen planner, you can see that if you only have room for one pantry, it helps to 'frame' the area a bit better that way. If you were to have the frig. on an end run and the pantry on the opposite side along with the base/wall cabinets, I think it wouldn't be as 'balanced' in appearance.
