jduhls, I know what you mean. UPS is notorious for that.
Never order anything breakable thru them for sure.

An update on my order...I've recieved a call from Ensenda and they are to deliver my order tomorrow (9/12/08), almost two (2) months after I ordered it.
I placed the order on July 17 and they are just now delivering even though it was all in stock and available.

Truly pathetic and ridiculous.

As it turned out, I didn't actually get my order on the 12th. I recieved it last week. Fortunately, it was all intact too. I'm just glad thats over.
