Return online purchase in store?
Hi,

I bought an IKEA convertible sofa online, assembled it and realized that back is way huge and won't work in the room. Can I return the sofa to a brick and mortar IKEA?

I kept the packing material, but are they going to accept the return after having assembled it?

I'm bumping this for an answer (which I don't have)- in general, can items purchased from IKEA Direct be returned to IKEA stores?
