I bought my cabinets back in Jan (still within 45 days). Called the Seattle store today to tell them that one of the fronts for the 36" 4 drawer base cabinet was damaged and it is at least a 5 hour drive for me to return it. She looked up my order and said no problem will ship me a new one. I don't have to return the old one and no questions asked about how it got damaged. Only one drawer front was damaged and it comes in a package of 4, so now I will have extras. Good customer service.
