| Burlington, ON store - Order Deco Strip without going in to store?
Hello,
I've discovered that I need one more 87" rounded deco strip in white in order to complete my kitchen. However, it seems as though the process of actually obtaining this item is difficult to say the least.
Ideally, I'd like to drive in to the Burlington store and buy one and take it home with me. I've been told (twice) that this is not possible.
The options I've been given are to:
a) Drive in to the store and place an order and then (presumably) drive back to pick it up when it arrives - It's over one hour each way to get to the store. The website says the item is 'in stock', but the people at the store say it will have to be ordered (in person).
b) Order the item online/ by phone and pay to have it delivered to me. I've been told that it is not possible to order the item online or by phone and then pick it up at the store.
Has anyone figured out a way to order the item without having to go into the store AND without having to have the item delivered? Basically, I'd like to make one trip, after which I have the deco strip in hand.
It seems crazy to me that this isn't an option...
