Hello to all you incredibly creative people!

Like most first-time posters, I have to admit I've been lurking (and learning) on this site for the past few months, too shy to post. But, now my curiosity has turned into desperation!!

We're doing a major renovation (walls down etc) and working with an architect and a contractor. Hired the architect to manage the contractor. Turns out the architect needs much more managing.

(One day I promise to post what I've learned from not being a DIYer) Anyway, I digress...
Has anyone ever tried making a blind high cabinet/pantry?? The basic idea I have is to build a 35"x24"x80 cabinet box, with only a 15" opening accessible. The other 18" would be in the corner, but visible. Not accessible however because a countertop meets it on the base and high cabinets abut at the top. I'd use the NexusYB 15"door for the opening and inside put half moon type shelves, top to bottom (check out
Wood blind corner Lazy Susans). For the inaccessible panel, I'm not exactly sure what to do... build a cabinet wall the same depth as the door and cover it with a piece of cover panel??
Here's a few sites that have inspired me...

If this is entirely impossible, then the other option is to just make that back corner a typical base corner cabinet with a counter top and wall cabinets above. Of course, the measurements are not typical. We have 34-15" and I really want to maximize the space. I'm thinking about modifying a 49" blind corner unit to be 42" wide and 21" deep and putting a 12" x24" base next to it to form the corner, leaving an 18" door. Is that possible?
I've attached a mock-up and I (as I'm sure is not surprising) I have a bunch of other alternate versions...
Any and all advice will be greatly appreciated!
