I think that when this is done, it's usually done with a 15" pull-out pantry and a Rev-A-Shelf after market unit. It's one of the ones that holds the can at the bottom of the cabinet. Hopefully someone who remembers the exact Rev-A-Shelf model will pipe up and provide the info. Otherwise, you can check the archived THS threads. I know it's been discussed there on several occasions. Check

You can also use IKEA's undercabinet pull-out, but fora family of any size, it's woefully small.
One of these days, I'll figure out how to index those old THSthreadsso that it will be easy to run a search on everything. Anyone know how? Sigh...that would be sooo... nice!
