MOSSBY stainless steel shelf cutting
does anyone know if i can cut the stainless steel MOSSBY shelf with a hacksaw? i don't have access to a power saw of any kind.

YES, a hacksaw would work with a heavy dose of arm power. You'll need a metal cutting blade. If it were me, I'd ask at the local hardware store or a neighbor or something, because that is going to be a LOT of work. Do-able, but a lot of work.
