Question Billy bookcases and Kvartal panel curtains... will it work?
Hi there,

I'm wondering if anyone has tried this or if anyone can give me any advice before I go out there and buy all the necessary bits and bobs...

Basically I have a Billy and Benno collection, it measures 280cm altogether and it is crammed full of CD's, DVD's and books which I am wanting to cover to reduce visual clutter!

As we are renting I am unable to fix anything to the walls/ceiling. Therefore I figured I could fix the Kvartal track to the bookcases and hang curtain panels from them. Does anyone know if this is possible or know of any reason's why it wouldn't be?

Any help would be appreciated,

This is a great idea, pud.

The only potential issue I see would be in attaching the small wall clip to the front of the bookcases - as long as you're careful when you install these bits, you'll be fine. For best results, you'll want to mark and pre-drill the holes for mounting those pieces, so as not to split or otherwise damage the bookcases.
