Love it! Such a great look and use of space. I want to do that under my 36" sink base and get the garbage in there. Currently planning on using a foot pedal for hands-free opening. Nice work!!!

Ok - I need help. We're ALMOST done our kitchen reno after WAY too many months...and one of the last small tasks is doing our pullout sink drawer. We want to do exactly what scrappy25 did but are having trouble converting the door into drawer front.
How do you attach the door itself to the drawer when there's the precut hole of the door hinge in the way? Does this make sense? Are we missing something?

You likely are missing something: the plug! Do you have an internal drawerfront (preferably one for a deep drawer) in the
Rationell
line? It will be metal. That will have your plug to fill that hole and also the necessary hardware to screw in the drawer attaching hardware and the template. Pretty important little bag.
If you're missing that and not near an ikea (where they would likely hand you this stuff at the returns/spare hardware desk) I can send you some (i think i have some extras) but it won't be till next week. Chuck and I are off for a wonderfully romantic weekend and then we start another west coast kitchen next week. ahhhh, geek love, gotta be a fan of that!

Dulci, that totally makes sense now! I'm pretty sure we have those parts...I think in all the chaos of the reno we just forgot exactly what it is we were doing!
