I posted earlier asking about tip-out drawers under the sink, and Dulci answered,
"this is my turn to whisper that i like my lil drawer at the bottom rather than tip out trays (better storage)
but i also know you're looking to do a pull out ala polly... you could always do a full door pull out and attach a little basket to the interior of the door thus creating a sponge catcher without the hassle of the tip out (those who have them are pretty split on satisfaction)"

you're so funny, whatever gets a kitchen working better is great! But i will actually bow deeply and now whisper, that the picture i'm seeing is actually like Polly's pullout

this is my mom's sink where there was so much piping in the back that we installed the half drawers (only 9" front to back), then there is the shelf above them with doors...
Just so folks aren't reading the thread going "Huh?"

thanks for the kind words! You all have contributed so much to my kitchenette, it should be called a group project. I'll post more pictures as we progress.

/ a newbie: could you tell me what the part number is for the door? Looks like 24"w x 30" high, and I'm not seeing where there's anything with a door that size in the kitchen catalog.
What am I missing? Secret parts/doors? Haven't been back to the Canton store, would like to go w/ a plan...

W definition
W is a wall cabinet designation, as in W18, can be a stand-in for Wide, or when followed by a / stands for With.

it's not in the catalog, it came out after... you don't need the part # (thought there is a thread around here with all the 24 combo #s) just tell them you want the size

That probably works sometimes, but IKEA Direct still does not have the 24" deep drawer fronts and the IKEAN who took my last order was not willing to simply look them up.
I may have to see if any of the members here can get the ones I need and ship them to me.
