I just finished installing my handles (similar to Lansa but skinnier) on our new kitchen last night. The pictures were a little to big to be uploaded here so I put them out in my webshots page. They start with the old kitchen pictures so hit "next" to progress towards the new cabinet pictures:
We are waiting for the Ubatuba granite countertops to be installed sometime next week and we are still undecided on the glass tile (but that can wait). We just can't wait to have plumbing again!
It's been a long 3 weeks for sure with 1 cut electrical wire, dealing with metal studs, and uncexpected drywall repair ...
I'll update more in the next week or so with the finishing touches.
Enjoy!

Update, after many headaches with the granite installers, we finally had our granite, sink, and faucet installed yesterday and last night. You can see the latest pictures in here:
Wow! How'd I miss this? You should be very proud of all the work you've done. Great example of the sink cabinet placed in the corner on the diagonal; how wide is it? That faucet looks really cool. I like the thinner Lansa-style handles; do they feel good in the hand? I hope your plumbing leak is resolved soon with very little trouble.
Congratulations,
Gloria
Thanks for the comments. The sink cabinet is 30" wide and we were lucky in that regard since the layout really didn't change much. The sink is the Ticor sqaure model and fits nicely in that corner cabinet. The one thing that will take time to get used to will be the fact that it does not drain all the way as the bottom is flat so we will have to wipe it down to keep it looking shinny. The plumbing will be fixed for free so that will be nice
Oh and the skinnier handles don't bother me at all now that we have gotten used to them. I actually think they feel more solid than the sorta hollow stainless steel feel of the Lansa handles.

Okay, we ordered the glass tile backsplash last night. We went with a green mosaic that hopefully wont be too bad to install. With the individual tiles being 1 X 1 ", I'm hoping there won't be too many cuts. Also, I was told by the manf to use a good wet saw with diamond blade, any advice there? I was hoping to get away with a sniper tool to save money
Anyways, here is the tile. I have photo shopped it onto my kitchen photo to show you what it will look like.
Any thoughts would be appreciated

Wow, Joe! Nice work! I also can't believe this was missed. It's a beauty of a kitchen and you picked a gorgeous backsplash. Congrats!

Looks great. One more question on the corner sink cabinet. I noticed the spacers on each side of the cabinet before the next cupboards start. Is this in addition to the 30" wide cabinet. I assume the next cabinets are not touching then and there was a 2" spacer gap (or whatever size your filler is)? We have almost the exact same kitchen setup and I am nervous about measuring incorrectly to the wall. Any pointers?
