Hello all,

First off, a million thanks to all of you. Though this is my first post, I have been watching this forum for a long while. I am very thankful that I found this site during my renovation. There were so many times when I was on the verge of hanging myself, this forum put my nerves at ease. It constantly inspired me with brilliant ideas. When I finally finished my project, I was happy with what I achieved. Here is a link to my blog where you can find pictures of the entire project, including kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, etc. It has recorded every phase of the renovation - from demolition to move-in. You will also see my original home design plan and before & after pictures. This is my first renovation for my first home. There are of course could-should-woulda, but I still love it wholeheartedly . I am hoping my experience can help or inspire someone like many IKEAfans have done to me.

Welcome aboard and thank you for sharing all your hard work!!! The kitchen turned out fantastic and I love the tilework. You've done a tremendous job with the whole place.

Some may call you crazy for getting your kitchen at 50% off and paying $1,500.00 for a mirror ..........but, hey.........we all have to have our priorities, right? The money you saved on the interior went for your posterior!

Wow!!!! I love not only what you've done with your home but also how you did it on your own and how you've presented it on your website (or blog - don't know internet terminology). It's really fantastic how you've reconfigured the whole space - 3D not just 2D (volumes vs. floor plans sort of thing). You might just want to become an architect yourself. Really really great.

Wow, I love your kitchen. I love your combination of Linjar with Abstrakt White and that pop of orange color. The tileing looks great too. Nicely done.
