The camera didn't pickup the detail in the Nexus BB. There were no kitchen displays of the new Applad Beige or Arlig Beech. (And no Arlig Med. Brown at all!!:X).
It's the new Ramberg wardrobe. It had a really nice cherry style finish. Is that Queen Anne style bed something new, or just something I never saw in the catalog?
I was inspired by you to take my camera along on my trip to Ikea. I hope you don't mind but I am going to add the photos here so people can see them in one shot. If that is a faux pas let me know and I can delete and repost in a seperate post.
Don't mindat all! In fact, if anyone has pics of more kitchen displays, etc., that would be great!! I guess I should have put "what" the kitchens were next to the link like you did.
I wish I could have seen a Hallarum display -- I really like it in your pictures. The one worry I have is that when I receive the order that the door "finish" will not all look the same (in whatever style we choose). And if I do get one or more that don't match the rest, can I call them and they will send new one's to replace them? I'd have to send the non-matching back? I'm 5 hours away, so I couldn't just take it back.
Designenvy - now that you've lived with the door styledark decision for 24 hours ... what's your thinking ... still trying to decide between black and white ?? I've noticed that you didn't have any white photos ... so gotta ask .... I really really like the Adel MB - but since I'm trying to lighten up my kitchen in my dark log house - I'm pretty sure I'm going with Adel birch. I picked up some flooring samples today and am really liking some of the lighter laminates that look like slate.

Now I am more confused then ever. I didn't take any pictures of the adel white because I know exactly what it looks like and have a gizillion clippings of it or something similar. I just showed the pictures to my husband and he thinks the nexus is too dark and the hallaraum is too light. I'm starting to feel like goldilocks. :?
I'm still cool with a darker door but which door....
I'm hoping to drag dh to ikea this weekend to look at the doors in person.
Glad you found some slate look alike. I think it will be easier on your back then standing on the real thing. You will have to post some of your various choices soon.
I went through some magazines tonight and found a bunch of pictures of ikea kitchen so when I get a chance I'm going to scan them in and share.
hi dafogle and designenvy- let me know when you find the slate-looking flooring. I'd love to see pics of it. Dh and I were using the design planner last night, looking at all of the possibilities for the kitchen. I kept showing him pics of the Hallarum kitchen and he really likes the idea of it with no wall cabs. on the long window wall. So, if we go with that, I really likeeither a light laminate/hardwood floor or a gray slate-looking floor. We have gray natural stone in the foyer.
Can you believe it. We just come back from our trip to IKEA and we change our minds already!!
