Welcome to IKEAFANS, Rosemary.

My knowledge of IKEA furniture comes from having assembled literally thousands of pieces of the stuff over the last 25 years. Probably 75% of my jobs over that time have involved only a handful (maybe 12-15) of lines (and their successors) that IKEA has produced through the years.

I'll let ted answer for himself - I've been curious about that myself, but never taken the time to ask him.

LOL , HKF - I never thought about that possibility. Though I have considered that ted is really Ingvar. Or works for the Canadian CIA, KGB, MI6 or Mossad - or all of them.

Obviously being 27 doesn't give you very many years of advantage, I just hope I'm that informative later on.

I like to put my Ikea things through the translator and smile when I figure out the translations (sometimes very loosely translated). Wait? No way he thinks up the names.

That's what I want to be when I grow up .....
