All went up in two weeks, contracter work fast but I had to be standing over him the whole time so he didn't rush and get sloppy as he went along, lol--god knows he made so many mistakes in my bathroom that had to be corrected ugh! but thats a whole other story, back to the topic at hand
Is this our first finished solar beech kitchen? I love it! Great design as well- it all works so well together! What is your backsplash? Do I see a metal strip running down the middle? Looks cool!

The back splash is a porcelain tile from porcelanosa, it has gorgeous grey/copper/ stainless steel metalic finish throughout that doesn't show up that well in the photos as I took these with my cell phone ....I used stainless steel tiles through the middle.

Thank u, I'm very happy with how it turned out, now all I have left to do is the floor, which should have been laid first, but we decided to change it after the fact.
i love porcelinosa, fun company with a lot of integrity... i'd love to go visit/tour their factory in spain (i have a standing invitation, i'm such a geek!)

Any chance of getting some clearer pictures so we can see the real beauty of the kitchen? For phone pictures those are pretty good, but I'd love to see a couple shots where the cabinets were a little clearer. Be a great topic for a blog post, the first Solar Beech! Yea!
