Did you order the National Products appliance garage (veneer or solid wood) or the Omega one? I ordered the Omega one but don't like the dark brown in between the slats.

Also, did you stain it and if so, with what? (I have Adel birch cabinets)

I ordered the National one. I didn't stain it or anything. I suppose I should give it a coat of satin poly, but haven't gotten around to it yet!

I ended up returning the Omega veneer appliance garage and ordering the National one from a website APPLIANCE GARAGES. Excellent price -- It was only $133 for the 30" wide maple solid wood appliance garage! Best price I could find on the internet. It arrived today and it's much nicer than the Omega one.

The color is pretty close to Adel Birch unfinished so I may just put on a natural clear stain to protect it. We're also trimming it down in height by 1" to fit our space.
