College Park has a much bigger kitchen department, with more display kitchens. Also, their door display area is set up so that each door style has a chunk of counter between the upper and lower cabinets, and the counter pieces are interchangeable, so you can try all the counters Ikea provides, mixing and matching to see what looks best with your particular door style. The sink/faucet display is similar, letting you try different faucets with different sinks (although I don't think all of the faucets/sinks are in the interchangeable display). They also have enough display space so that almost every kitchen product Ikea offers is shown.
We live much closer to Woodbridge, but made several pilgrimages to College Park to get design inspiration from the display kitchens and to see the various products in person.
