If you want help in the kitchen department, you must sign up on the sign in list that is located in the kitchen planning area. You must sign in here especially when it is busy. They will call your name when it is your turn to be helped. You should make sure that if you are ordering a kitchen and already have it planned out that you fill in one of there order forms, this will make the whole process a lot easier and quicker because they are probably going to make you fill one out anyway, and it will give you something to do while you are waiting. (They are right there at the signup list).

3. Best time/day to visit - also, times to avoid
Best: around dinnertime during weekdays. They also have "Wicked Wednesdays" where you can get 10% off "As Is Purchases over $20" Worst: Saturdays
I try to time my visit to "drive to" prior to rush hour and "drive home" after rush hour (Rt 128 and Rt. 24 can get really bad during rush hour) during the week.

4. Best parking place! Just past the elevators (which are past the main entrance.)

5. Avg. time allowed for Smalland deposits. Don't know.

6. Shortcuts to Kitchens, etc.

To Kitchens:
1) go up the two escalators;
2) Do not flow to the right with the rest of the crowd - bear left and around - the stairs to downstairs will be on your left;
3) while the stairs and restaurant is to your left, turn right.
4) Go past the children's section. About two sections in there is a small doorway (I think children safety latches are near this doorway) -
5) go through, and you will pass through a small living room shelving area;
6) take a left, and you will begin to see some kitchen displays on your left/dining tables display on your right.
7) to get to the kitchen ordering area, walk through the dining
tables display.
8) kitchen design is straight ahead.
This way takes about 10 minutes off of your walk through the store.

To Bedrooms: At step 4 above, continue straight, around the curve, through bedroom drawers, and you will be at beds/mattresses.

7. How to get to AS-IS
In the entrance and up the first escalator from the parking area. Do not go up the second escalator. Bear left, through the marketplace. Go nearly past the line of registers on your right. Turn right and Go through the registers, turn left again, and As Is will be at the far wall. It can be difficult to see as there are a bunch of sofas up on their ends which can make it difficult to see around.

8. Other tips/tricks: carefully watch which register line you are in - some do not take cash, and you can not purchase As Is items in the self ringing section.
