There are probably more experienced Ikeafans who will comment, but it doesn't look bad to me. Our ooooold Mercury Villager sucked up 10 cabinets, including a tall pantry, and a horizontal cabinet, 30' of suspension rail, a couple of big bags of Ikea can't-live-without items, 6 boxes of bamboo flooring from Lumber Liquidators, 2 scotties, and a couple of pieces of soft luggage easily. Stupidly, we hadn't taken the seats out so the dogs would have a view! With your seats removed, it should be a snap. Just pack carefully and leave the dogs home!

I have a Toyota Sienna which is almost exactly the same size. With the seats out, it should be no problem. I had problems when I had to leave a seat in for the 4 year old because she can't ride in the front with the airbag. It was difficult to get the 3x8 panels in without ALL the seats down/out. But with no kids, you'll be fine. Our vans are designed to hold a 4x8 sheet of plywood flat in the back, so Ikea cabinets are easy.
I don't see any really long pieces, like a high cabinet or the coverpanels for a "built-in" 'fridge, so it should fit. If I recall correctly, most of the cabinet boxes are only marginally larger than the largest dimensions of the cabinets. So, for example, on a 30" base cabinet, the box will be only slightly bigger than 30" in one dimension, and about 30" in the other dimension, too (the cabinets being about 30" high). As long as you have enough room to slide the box into the car (i.e., more than 30 or so inches in width, which I think you have), I don't think the total volume of your order will exceed your car's capacity. Yes, I'm a reformed Engineer, but it still comes out occasionally.
you can carry it all, even the longer pieces, if you take down one seat and don't use the center tray in the front seat. i hate putting things on top, i hate the drag... and it's always the drawer boxes which take up more space
Re: Would this kitchen order fit in a van?
this is from my sister's kitchen and included 300sf of wood laminate flooring and the insulation (no kids in the car that day, btw)
one tall pantry, 1 length of numerar counter, and about 15 cabinets with lots of drawers... we didn't get many of the door fronts that day, but, again, we had lots of flooring.
Your Oddessy will have room for 96" long flat items so you're good for even the biggest thing Ikea sells. That is one reason my hubby and I wanted either a Toyota van or a Honda van - the 4x8 plywood feature!
