I am also in the process of installing the abstrakt black cabinet. However, I found that the ikea kitchen representative has missed ordering 3 panels for my corner cabinets. These panels are discontinued, is there anyway to get it in this world? Is there any place that can custom make it similar to the ikea abstrakt black?

I'm sorry to hear that you didn't get all you needed. We often discuss the range of customer service a person receives depending on the Ikean giving the service.

I think you might have more luck posting this question in the Swaps and Exchanges forum, so I'm going to move this thread there. There you might happen to find someone who can find the product in their local As Is.

Unfortunately I can't give you any advice on where you might be able to get some custom panels. I leave that to the creative folks.

I'm not certain this is still true, but a while back I'd heard that the San Diego store still had stock of Abstrakt black. Try giving them a call at (619) 563-4532. Good Luck!

The Seattle store had a 75% off sign for AB when I was there a few weeks ago. I have no idea what stock they have, but Cindy the expeditor will be able to tell you if you call and leave her a message begging for help.
