I'm a huge fan of online radio and I urge folks to check out Open Source with Christopher Lydon.

Radio topics are suggested by listeners and readers ("formally known as the audience"). Warming up (not yet broadcast) is Passion: IKEA. They're still accepting comments--the last ones were from July 11, 2007. I don't know if they're still looking for guests. I hope they are because they should talk to James and Susan!

Would anybody consider posting posting about IKEAfans.com? The story of ikeafans.com is an important part of the bigger story of IKEA, don't you think? I think Susan or James consider would make great guests on the show.

Another online radio bit is one I posted Feb. 13, 2007. The Peabody award-winning "To the Best of our Knowledge" did a program on "Scandinavian Chic" and featured a segment on IKEA.

Hey, thanks Erika!

I know I'd love to do it... Sounds like a lot of fun, only problem is that we tend to have a hard time stopping once we start talking about such topics. There's soooooo much to talk about! I'll take a look at the link and poke Susan about it... She's currently digging her way out from under the pile of stuff from the "Day job" :-(. It's so much more fun working on something you really love!

I sent them an email as well, I gave a brief intro about us and the site and explained that I didn't want to post it as a comment as it might come across as trying to advertise for IKEAFANS, but that we'd love to help in any way if possible. IKEA information isn't just what we do it's what we love!

I love the way they have their show development/production setup, though I've only scratched the surface, it looks like a great idea!
