I don't know which way to turn as I had a hard job getting them changed in the first place, I had to write to the chief executive to get that sorted. I've only had the kitchen 1 year so I dread to think what they are going to like in the next 4 years.
Welcome to IKEAFANS!!!

So sorry that yo've had that issue to deal with.

If the others are warped as well and you have been in contact with the chief executive, then you're already one step ahead in the game. Contact him again, and explain what is going on. This should not be happening. Since he dealt with you n the past, I'm sure he remembers or has a file somewhere with your info.

Are you considering changing all door fronts to a different one?

Re: Ikea Quality - Five Years Later

thanks for this post...just what I joined ikeafans for.
We are headed to Ikea Friday to look at the quality of the Nexus Brown black. Any suggestions? Very happy to hear they are good and can hold up.

Re: Ikea Quality - Five Years Later

I also wanted to add to this another comment about IKEA quality. I have a 20' cargo trailer that I use as a mobile workshop and deliver partially assembled kitchens. When I bought that trailer, I installed two four-drawer 36" base cabinets for storage. The drawers are loaded with extra IKEA parts and one is loaded with probably 50 lb of screws. The cabinets have about 10,000 miles without any issues. If the IKEA boxes can take the abuse of driving over the pot-holed New England roads, I think they can handle sitiing in a kitchen!

The dowels and cam locks haven't shaken loose? Wow.
Thanks, Rich.
