Haven't read it all yet but thought I'd let everyone know July/August 2007, pg.212, Dwell magazine has a major article on Ikea Cabinets. The magazine always shows ikea products in modern homes. A great magazine for anyone who loves contemporary design. Great mag. for ideas!

Yes! I was just going to post something about it so I did a search and found that this post had slipped by me.

It's a nice little feature -- the "Ode" about shopping for an IKEA kitchen is really fun and it'll be very familiar to anyone on here. It's a big kitchen feature but as I recall there's really just the one page dedicated to IKEA (and more to the phenomenon of the IKEA kitchen than to the kitchens themselves). Do check it out!

I saw this as well and thought it was funny. Many of their ads have cabinets in the 50K+ price range. What's more ironic is I just recommened Ikea to someone on the Dwell forums......talk about cross-posting!
