I don't know why I stay on this email list since all of the homes are WAY out of my price range, but I got this one just now. There is IKEA all over this $1.325M LA home. To those who say IKEA is low end I say pisha!

Sadly in LA, 1.3 isn't a crazy palace kind of home. A house in my neighborhood, which is far from posh, went for 1.1 recently.

After paying that much for a 1500 sq foot, 2B 1.5Bath, you'll need Ikea! ; )

I hear ya about the price. Why do you think we're doing IKEA? Cantoni? DWR? Forget it. It's a dang good thing I like mac 'n cheese, too.

It kills me what we could buy in other parts of the country w/the price we're paying for real estate, and I'm in The OC (albeit not that part)!
