Since you're looking for an "exact" beam, and "only if" the hardware is included, you need to be a little more careful, because your words don't match either your picture or diagrams, and the pictured beam isn't the same as is depicted in the diagrams.
The picture is a 63 x 47" corner top, and the beam you are pointing to wouldn't fit a 47" top. The top two diagrams are the "exploded" and "assembled" views of the under frame for a 63 x 31" desk top. The third diagram appears to be a 31 x 31" top attached to another top of unknown size.
Why don't you start by letting us know what top or tops it is you need the framing for, and then maybe we can help you and your "exact" beam.
BTW, the parts probably can't be mailed; UPS or FedEx might be a better option.
