I don't know what to tell you then....there's nothing in the construction of the dresser or drawers that should cause it to get stuck. When you pull the drawer out to as far as you can, then tilt it up towards you as far as you can and continue to pull, you should feel it glide over the roller for the drawer. Then you can lower it to horizontal and pull it out completely. The drawers go back in exactly the same way but reversed: line up the glides, tilt up, push in a bit to go over the roller, then straighten out and push all the way in.
If this doesn't work, it's possible you've got something that is in another drawer or under the dresser that's getting stuck, but it isn't the construction of the drawer that is preventing it from opening.
