Hi.

I am trying out Ikea Bedroom Planning tool and having problem placing inner walls into the plan. I drag the inner wall icon onto the room area and drop it when it shows it's attached to one of the room walls. Then it just disappears. Nothing shows up on the plan.

Everything else can be placed fine. Only the inner wall is refusing to be placed. Is there some setting somewhere I need to do?

I am using it on a Windows XP SP2 PC. If that matters.

I'm not a planner expert by any means- but wanted to let you know we heard you! I had similar struggles while creating my kitchen plan.

Eva is our planner guru- perhaps she'll come by and share her wisdom!

Thanks for letting me know I am not alone. Hope someone can tell me what's wrong with my setup.

I also noticed everything I dragged on to the plan is filled with black color instead of red outline as I saw in Ikea store. The windows, heat, doors, everthing are all black rectangles. 3D view doesn't work either. I can only see some funny colored blocks on big, black background.

The PC is old. But it's way above the system requirement.
