Does anyone know if Ikea stocks any devices that you can fit to Besta so that you don't need to have handles on your Besta doors? I would like to be able to press the door and have it spring open rather than install handles. Do they exist?

Ikea themselves I haven't seen, but at regular hardware stores, yes. They go by "magnetic touch latch".

The Bjursta line has a couple of pieces - the sideboard and buffet - that use these "push release" devices. But they are not sold as separate items, so you'd probably need to go to a hardware store to find these for your use.

Those magnetic push-open latches like you'd find on an 80's/90's style entertainment center with glass doors don't seem to work very well.

Last time i was at Ikea i remember a square cabinet with four doors all square shaped (Besta?) that had these push-open latches yet had more push-open force than the hardware store variety. But what was interesting was that in addition to the latches, the hinges had some sort of dampening mechanism to slow the door down from flying wide open. Never seen anything like this....told myself that i have got to find these.
