I just acquired an
Ekeskog
couch only to discover IKEA has dicontinued it . I was very excited to be able to purchase inexpensive slipcovers for it. I know all about BEMZ but after doing some measurements, it seems the EKTORP sofa BED cover may fit the EKESKOG single bed sofa. Can anyone help?? Would this work?? I can;t afford a BEMZ and am looking for an alternative. Please help!!!

hi. i was interested in the
ekeskog
sofa because it's so plump and deep. this was 3-or-so years ago. well, my current apt is too small for ekeskog, so i got the ektorp. thank goodness it has interchangeable covers. that said, ektorp covers will not fit ekeskog or any other line. there are very few lines that are interchangeable. i am saddened by your current predicament and hope that you find some way to enjoy that ekeskog sofa. (i really wish ikea had wide-wale corduroy covers for ektorp.)

Ekeskog
sof and Ektorp will not fit. Ekeskog is much deeper and has 2 cusion that come out in the front and sit infront of the arms. Ektorp has 3 cushion and they are flush to the arms. keep checking ebay (prices are way too high right now, but you might come across a buy it now) or craigslsit! Also if you have Ikea near you check the as is section. I went in and bought the slipcover off the floormodel for $97! I thought I would never get a replacement!

I have had an
Ekeskog
for almost 4 years and needed a new slipcover desperately. I just ordered a brand new one off of ebay for $199 + $25 shipping. There were others being offered at various prices and conditions. I have also found a few on craigslist but they were never the right colors for me.
