Hi,

I just bought my galant desk (180cm x 80cm - T-Legs) yesterday. Everything was fine, the surface was in perfect condition. Today, I went to the desk and recognized a 15cm long "scratch" in the middle of the right end. But it is not really a scratch, it seems that the foil broke. You can also see the leaking glue that fixes that foil on the mdf:

I recognized, that the right end of the metalframe is a bit higher than the rest of the frame (red circle). The screws are marked green. It is not very clear on the picture, but the desk-surface got bent for approx. 1mm on both ends (left + right). Is this normal ? Should I only replace the desk-surface or also the whole metalframe?

Looks like a defective veneer got applied ... take it back for a new one.

Not too sure on the frame ... mine's does have a slight gap too.
