I wanted to buy that Expedit desk to attach to my Expedit unit. But I have the 'Expedit TV Storage Unit'.

In the desk picture, it looks like you need 2 'squares' to attach the desk. My Expedit bookcase has the shelves at the bottom (look at the white pic, you can't see them on the black one).

Anyone know how the desk attaches and whether I can do it to my Expedit unit?

I just purchased the TV set also and wanted the desk too. What I ended up doing since it took 2 cubes to attach it too, I just purchased the single bookcase and put that next to my TV set. I can then attach the desk to the single and the TV without interfering with the TV section.

Macks13, thanks. I looked at the instructions. Seems as if the horizontal edge is what is important but I'm not certain.

Pme, that's an idea. So it sounds like the thickness of the vertical pieces don't matter.

I'll go in and look at it one day but I didn't want to waste a trip. Thanks!
