Hi,

I am in love with the on-line image of the Besta storgae combination with ladder (IKEA | Bookcases | BESTÅ/INREDA system | BESTÅ | Storage combination) for my library/study. But is it good for books, or are the shelves designed for storing other kinds of stuff? Should I just stick with Billys and no ladder (sniff)? TIA!

Well, I've seen books in Besta and I've seen other stuff in Billy, so I think it's really up to what you like!

The ladder work with Billy too.
Especially if you're using a lot
of the (way overpriced) height
extensions which can be stacked
on each other. The ladder also
works with the 201cm Pax if
you're stacking a Pax cabinet
on top. I've just done both.
