My IKEA: Italy-Padova
EKTORP Divano Letto (sofa bed)
help! i didn't get the instructions or the tool kit with the delivery of the Ektorp 3 seater sofa bed. 20128408. the live chat tried to send them to me twice, but i only got an empty pdf each time. and the live chat disappears too quickly. I asked them to be sent by email, but I ddn't receive anything - that was a day ago. It means I have to take 2 boats, a train, a bus and walk for 20 minutes to go and get it from the Padova shop. ugh! can anyone help at least with the instructions? We know already that some elements are missing (like cushions...) but if we have to go all the way to Padova, we'd like to know if anything else is missing so we don't have to go back again!
