We just did our new guest room (110 SF) in Hemse since we had such a good experience with it in our son's room. Once again, install went easily, we were done in about 2 hours. Getting the first row perfect is key, which we learned last time so it made this install even easier. We chose not to do the foam underlayment this time, and even though it is over a plywood on joist subfloor it is much more solid feeling and sounds more solid than DS's room which is over concrete slab with the foam! I was quite surprised that there was such a difference, particularly in the sound. There's no echo with this floor while there is in Ds's room.
We cut with a new hand saw which worked much better than the old hand saw we used before. Nice clean cuts.
For under a buck a SF I don't think you can beat this flooring!
