[EFFEKTIV desk user]

We recently moved and the movers dismantled our EFFEKTIV desks sets even more than the original purchase, if that is possible. We have lost the directions and haven't had any luck searching on-line, asking Anna or contacting the IKEA store we originally bought the desks from. The desks are no longer distributed.

They have the inverse T shaped legs and we bought extensions.

One desk is made up of these top components, but the legs are different (2 large Ts and one small T)





The other is made up of this top component

Plus one that looks like a quarter of a pie, but I can't find a picture.

Those really look like the Galant series, particularly if they have T-legs rather than the posts that you have in the pics. Is there an H-frame that mounts under the desk and is where the legs mount to? If so, it's just about identical to the Galant series, which is still in production and should be easy to get parts and/or directions.

Hi! I have the same problem. My desk was taken apart and put in storage for a long time and I do not know how to put it back together. I managed the main desk part but cannot figure out how attach the extension table and the half circle part. I have leaflets for the various parts but not how to connect them. Please help me, I have searched the Net, asked Anna talked to the people at the store but this item dates back to 1999 and no one seems to know!
I would be thrilled to hear from someone who owns one (already assembled)!

We just recently moved and I am also looking for the assembly instructions for the Effektiv T Desk. I think the part numbers are PQM200018 and PQM200019. There is also a 12882 number, which ay be the style. Please help!

I could walk anyone through the instruction of the leg system.. That is not the T leg but the straight round leg that installs at the corners.

In a case of unbelievable bad luck I JUST threw out 4 days ago a complete set of instructions.

I have the T legs and figured it out through trial and error. I also had to run to the hardware store for missing bolts & washers. If anyone needs help, they can reply and I can walk them through the T leg installation...
