Question Stacking Billy bookcase to an ivar shelving system
Hi,

i currently have a ivar shelving system however as it is 50cm in depth, i think its not feasible for books so i am thinking of adding a billy bookcase thats 80w by 106h by 28d onto the shelving unit.

Would it be possible? and is there any precaution i need to take note of like toppling issues or over weight issues?

This is one of those things that can be done, but shouldn't be, because of the issues you mentioned - toppling and weight.

hmmm then would there be any form of receommendation that i can do? as i don't want to dismentle half of the shelving unit to put a book case as i am intending to put the TV at the bottom of the shelving unit.
