I think desk might be uneven a bit. I have three leg desk as seen in page 39 of this pdf:

Is there a certain spot the legs lock in better?

The "A" legs can be adjusted to any height within their range, but they need to be tightened VERY carefully once you find the desired height.

Mine are the T legs. I will adjust them. I assume having stuff on the desk make it problematic? Or do you only adjust legs while upside down?

Edit: I found the issue, I am missing 2 screws, the screws appear to be labeled "105307" in this pdf on page four:

The missing screws are most likely available from your local IKEA, though, if you have an extra one, you might be able to find replacements at your local hardware or big box store.

Keep in mind that there's a small amount of adjustability in the black feet of the T-legs, so that may help with some amount of wobble, etc.
