Seeking Advice for Living Room Shelves

Hi everyone,
I really like the shelves pictured at this link in the picture captioned Culture Club:
IKEA | home | Bookcases & storage

Does anyone know what series the shelving is from and whether it's still available?

I'm looking for a similar look that can go tall, accommodate a corner and fit a TV.

Thanks for your help.

I've been blogged!
looks like the Billy series, prolly in Beech...

i don't think Billy has anything that would support a tv, but if you like the birch you could coordinate Bonde tv stand.

Yes, it is almost certainly Billy. Billy has 84" bookcases with full height or half height doors in either solid or glass. There are also extension units that go on top making it almost 8 feet tall, but those would only be open and cannot take a shelf. They come in two heights and a few widths and there are also corner and CD units.

It is fairly shallow, about 11 inches I think, and definitely would not support a television. I can get up and walk five feet and measure it if you need to know the actual depth

We just picked up a bunch of the brochures for shelving systems/wall units last weekend. I'll see if Tigger has time today to get some of them posted.

Btw , I actually was unable to see the photo you were talking about because I was so totally distracted by the most freakish smile I've ever seen:

I have to go hide now.

*ding*

And Eva wins the depth determining prize!

It's 11", just measured it on the Billy on the wall behind me.

And yes, I *do* have the Billy brochure here, I'll get it scanned and posted today. Looking at it though there *is* a TV bench listed:

BENNO TV Bench 47 1/4X23 5/8 and 23 5/8 deep. $99 available in Beech, Birch, Black-Brown and Oak.
