I can't find this anywhere, or any other shelving system's corner shelf for tht matter. Any idea where I can find the dimensions for it?

if i'm not mistaken they just use the 17" wide (or whatever) and use special brackets to attach it to the regular lengths of bookcase

Yup, just brackets, and brackets that don't work particularly well at that. We bought two wide and one narrow Billy's and arranged them in a corner of our dining room with the brackets (narrow one as the "corner" piece) and almost immediately removed the brackets and just pushed the bookcases into position. The brackets actually left more space between them than pushing them together and certainly did not help them look "built-in". If your Billys are in a location where they might get nudged, then I would consider some type of bracket to attach them, but if not, you're probably fine without.
