I used the Lamplig trivet to hold my spices in a drawer. It was cheap and works great. Since my drawer was small, I cut it down to fit, but my mom put one in her drawer and it fit perfectly. Does anyone have other repurposing ideas?

Darn that's clever! What size drawer do you have it in?

I see that you have Beluga Formica - beige, I think. I love that one, and put it on my master bath vanity.

Thanks for the interesting thread topic. Me, the only repurposing I've done is use kitchen cabinets wherever I can.

My husband uses the cork trivets as practice pads for drumming. They've got the right amount of bounce and are much quieter than drumming straight on the countertop.

my husband cut a little off with a hack saw. the drawer is only 10" wide (inside) and 19" deep. it would fit in a bigger drawer without cutting.

not a complete repurpose here, but a slightly different way to use the DAVE laptop table: i wanted a tiny little desk for the corner of my kitchen but couldn't find one. i love the cute, simple little DAVE laptop table but it wasn't strong/big enough to hold the computer monitor. so, my husband made a corner shelf. the laptop table slides right under it and holds the keyboard.
