I don't have a picture but I'm looking for a picture and assembly instructions for a youth bed that is now longer sold at Ikea. It is similar to the current Kura bed. We bought it about 15 years ago and would like to
donate
it to a women in need store. It's in pieces now so a picture (at least ) would be helpful. Thanks

Re: Older model youth bed
Welcome to IKEAFANS, Bonny - sorry this one fell through the cracks.
Can you provide anymore of a description of the piece? Color, finish, materials, etc., would be helpful. So would a picture or two of the bits you have.
But I think there might have been an older bed simular to kura with white color and red or blue squares on the bedfoot? But that was likely in the 80'ies and I don´t have so old catalouges.
Yes it's the older bed with the red grid on the head and foot board. As it turns out the charity I donated it to was able to assemble it with a crude picture I drew.
Thanks for your help.
I just bought this bed from Craig's list, and it included the original instructions. It's called Bislet
h
, and had a red grid on the head and foot boards. If you're interested in the instructions, I can probably scan them for you.
H definition
H can be a stand-in for Height or when followed by *** can have an entirely different meaning.
I don't know if the original poster is still looking for htem, but if you can scan them and either attach or email to support at ikeafans.com, the next person in this position wouldnt' have the same problem!
I think I also have one of these beds I am trying to assemble. I have instructions for only the ladder, with the title Bislet HG.
I have assembled it before as a bunk bed (without instructions) but now want to assemble it as a loft bed but am not sure if I have all the parts or how it is meant to work (bought it second hand).
Any ideas how I could get instructions, or even a picture of how it is meant to look.
