I have a BILLY Bookcase - the tall narrow one (W15 3/4" D11" H79 1/2").
to which I need to add a solid door, like the STUVA MALAD.
But since the doors for the BILLY system are either:
- framed glass: BILLY OLSBO glass
- framed polypropylene: BILLY YDRE
- framed glass top / panel bottom: BILLY OLSBO panel glass
How would I make a solid door for the BILLY Bookshelf to make a smooth front i.e. with no frame?

Unfortunately, no. You might want to consider buying a Billy door (of any ilk) to get the measurements, hole placement, etc., and then finding a material to make the door from.

Alas, the look I need for this project is a simple white front, and the aluminum frame around the Morebo is too elegant.
