After 4 months of construction, 6 months of planning, we’re finished with our dream kitchen!” says IKEA Fans member Peter Conquest, “The original design changed a bit as I could not find the high-gloss cherry cabinets that I liked. But the Rubrik stainless & Abstrakt White worked out better than I had originally thought. But what do you think?
Well, let’s see, uh…yeah. We’re in awe. Custom stainless wrapped twin Miele fridge/freezer, soffit lighting which not only makes the cabinetry glow but also lights the interiors, modified stainless drawer fronts to fit unique and custom needs. All done DIY? Yeah, this is your typical hack IKEA kitchen install…they’re a dime a dozen, they all look the same, etc., etc., etc. And at the risk of sounding so very 2000s, NOT!

Wow!!! So happy you had to “settle” for white and stainless instead!!! Looks like something out of those 5 lb. design magazines. It is beautiful, sleek, but has such a wonderful warmth and balance of elements.
