Simply Asia spokeswoman, author of Everyday Chinese Cooking and TV personality Katie Chin will participate in a cooking demonstration at IKEA Costa Mesa in Orange County, California in the second of a series of five seminars at IKEAs throughout the US.  The cooking classes are being given offered by IKEA in conjunction with Family Circle magazine and presented by Food University.

This cooking seminar will be held on Thursday, October 22, 2009 from 6pm until 8pm. Each presentation in the series will focus on cooking with fresh, local ingredients and enhancing flavors with spices.  Also, tips and tricks will be offered during the demonstration of recipes from Family Circle magazine. Space is limited, so arrive early!
