Daughter of legendary chef Jacques Pepin, Claudine Pepin will host the third cooking seminar in a series presented by Food University at IKEAs across the US in conjunction with Family Circle magazine.

Claudine Pepin is the co-host of the PBS series, Cooking with Claudine in which she cooks alongside her father and has been featured in two cookbooks by her celebrity father:  Cooking With Claudine and Jacques Pepin’s Kitchen: Encore With Claudine (Pepin, Jacques).

This cooking seminar will be held on Wednesday, October 28, 2009 from 6pm until 8pm. Each presentation in the series will focus on cooking with fresh, local ingredients and enhancing flavors with spices.  Also, tips and tricks will be offered during the demonstration of recipes from Family Circle magazine. Space is limited, so arrive early!
