Tremendous fashion photography by Massimo Leardini in this photo shoot for IKEA by ad agency DDB Oslo of Norway featuring clothing fashioned from IKEA sheets, textiles and cushion covers! Interesting and fun, it also shows off several of IKEA’s storage solutions and a long leggy blond who’s my complete doppelganger. I swear it, it’s true! (Does doppelganger mean opposite?) More pictures of this gorgeous creature and credit where credit’s due after the jump.
Above, IKEA ALVINE BUKETT Bed Linens were used to fashion the uh, frock the model is wearing. SNACK boxes are stacked up and I think I spy an IKEA measuring tape on the floor. Don’t you wish IKEA sold a dress form? Fun, fun!
Below, the STATIV clothing rack holds one of my favorite IKEA products - the BUMERANG wood hangers. You’ll never find a better deal on wood hangers - I think last I checked they were less than $5 for an 8-pack? You can’t beat that with a stick! The blouse was made from ALVINE BLOM bed linens, pictured left.
